At the heart of Elmdon Lee is the farm which has been run for over 100 years by our family. We believe that respecting the land in which we live and work is key to its sustainability for future generations.

We are striving to provide our visitors of all ages with opportunities to experience more fresh air, sunlight and healthy practices that nurture ourselves and our environment for the benefit of balancing physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

At present on the farm site we have woodland bushcraft activities for children and adults, climbing and exploring Scouts and Duke of Edinburgh Award groups - and are very proud of a thriving barn owl project thanks to the help of our friends at the Essex Wildlife Trust. We are also planting a wide variety of trees for our tree regeneration scheme in our ancient woodland!

At Elmdon Lee, as a work in progress, we are developing our wellbeing project that facilitates yoga retreats, meditation workshops, artworks, creative writing and music making shenanigans - to make life just a bit more fun and enriched.
